You can pre-order your item directly through the ticket shop before the festival. After placing your order, you’ll receive a separate merchandise ticket by email. This ticket can be scanned at the official merchandise stand during the festival to collect your order.

Pre-ordering guarantees your item and preferred size before the festival. Remaining stock will also be available on-site while supplies last.

You can order your merchandise through our ticketshop. Browse the available items and add your favorites to your cart. To make sure you have selected the correct item, always check the item name and corresponding number before completing your order.

For more details about a product, click the information icon. A photo of the selected item will appear, along with additional information such as available sizes and product details.

Yes. After collecting your order at the festival merchandise stand, you’re welcome to try on your item. If the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for another size at the merch stand, provided the item is unworn and the requested size is still in stock.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or returned after purchase. Please make sure to check the sizing and product information carefully before placing your order.
